- بدن مقاومی در برابر نفوذ آلودگی ها و میکروب ها دارد.
- گوشت بی نهایت لذیذ و خوشمزه ای دارد و بوی زهم کمی می دهد.
- از آن می توان به عنوان یک غذای مجلسی و شیک استفاده کرد.
- دارای خواص فوق العاده بالایی‌ست.
بنا به بازار پسند بودن ماهی، فروش ماهی رنگین کمان در میادین تره بار بسیار بالاست.
مصرف حداقل دوبار در هفته ی ماهی قزل آلا را نباید فراموش کرد. چراکه این نوع ماهی سرشار از مواد مغذی و باارزش است.
